How does it work?

Choose a doctor
Click on the tab «Our doctors» and search for a doctor in the list of specialists who specializes in your health problem and can therefore help you with it. You can call us anytime if needed. We will be happy to help you choose a doctor or with any other problem associated with the consultation. When booking a consultant, the time between entering the consultation request and its implementation, choosing a date, must be at least 72 hours.

Describe your condition
After choosing a specialist, you choose the desired service (you can choose a telephone consultation, video consultation or written assessment) and the date of the consultation. You will then fill it out online medical condition form. Describe your health problem to us in the form. List what bothers you and which problems would you wanted to consult with our specialists. Enter all essential information from your medical record and, if necessary, also upload it available health reports and examinations (e.g. MR and CT findings, laboratory, blood, culture tests) available to you. In case of difficulties with uploading the required attachments, you can contact us at any time and we will be happy to help you in this matter.

Get an opinion, report or consultation
Before the consultation
In the case of telephone consultation and video consultation, you will receive a confirmation of the consultation date via e-mail with a link / hyperlink (Join via app / Join via Web Browser), through which you will log in at the specified time of the consultation.
The call will be scheduled via the Zoom application. For the proper functioning of the call, please install the Zoom application on your smartphone or computer according to the following recommendations.
Ways to connect to a consultation / video call:
• If you are joining via phone: we recommend choosing the Join via app method, where you download the Zoom application to your phone. Then, after clicking on the received hyperlink, you will be connected directly to the Zoom conference call with the doctor at the time you reserved.
• If you are joining via a computer: we recommend choosing the Join via web browser method, where you fill in your name or log in with your existing account. Subsequently, after logging in, you will start your video consultation with the doctor.
The system will also send you a reminder of the consultation via sms/e-mail, along with the option to save the consultation time (event details) to your calendar on your mobile device.
Consultation Before starting the consultation, check the connection of the microphone and camera in your device through which you are connecting (mobile / PC / laptop), as well as the permission to use them in the Zoom application.
If you chose the service in the form of a written opinion, we will send you the opinion within 10 working days. After reading the opinion, you can then ask the selected doctor by telephone or video consultation and ask for further clarification or to answer any additional questions. -
Zoom
The call will be scheduled via the Zoom application. For the call to function properly, please install the Zoom application on your smartphone or PC. Before starting the consultation, please check the microphone connection in your device.

FOLLOW-UP
The "Follow-up" service represents the resolution of the client's condition (situation) in the event that such a need and interest of the client arises after the primary consultation. The "Follow-up" service may include several activities. It can be: a) follow-up consultation in case of delivery of new information to the client (e.g. new laboratory tests, CT/MR/USG/other examinations); b) diagnostic examination by a specialist; possibly c) operational solution according to the requirements of the state and the needs of the client.
Such an additional consultation has a discounted price - in this case, choose the "Follow up" service from the menu when reserving a new appointment.
